We Need Volunteers
Have some extra time on your hands, enjoy working with others to help raise money for our local charities and organizations. Then we need VOLUNTEERS LIKE YOU, willing to come and donate your time during events to help get all of the parts of an event run smoothly. We have a lot of volunteer opportunities available, during each event we need volunteers to help with these specific duties. And some others.
- Merchandise Sales Booth: Sell Public Taste Tokens for Beer & Team Samples, Shirts Sales, Hat Sales
- Main Gate Entrance: Collect Entry Fees and Stamp Hands
- Trash Collection: Empty Trash Barrels, Replace Liners and Haul to Main Dumpster on Quad
- Water & Ice Delivery: Fill Water Tank on Quad, Delivery & Pump Water to Teams as Needed
- Deliver and Sell Bags of Ice to Teams and Vendors as Needed
- Team Helpers: Help Teams Serve Samples to Public During “Peoples Choice” Taste Sampling
Music Brews & BBQ Championship is a MAJOR FUNDRAISING EVENT that contributes to charities and organizations in each city that we host an event. We are dedicated to helping those agencies that help Children and Seniors by providing food services to those who most need it (food banks, school food programs, senior meals). Organizations that also provide training, educations and recreation to the youth and seniors.
Volunteers will receive FREE entry into event and all activities including music as part of your service & help. Also you will receive a collectable full color event program, and for those who donate a minimum of eight (8) person hours of service you will also receive an event t-shirt. Please fill out our convenient on-line volunteer application below and you will be contacted to confirm your times and specific day of service.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
In consideration of my participation in any Music Brews and BBQ Championship and related events, intending to be legally bound thereby, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against C & M Events, LLC./Cooking 4 Kids & Hunger and the Lake Havasu Music Brews and BBQ Championship or Needles Rt. 66 Music Brews & BBQ Championship Events, the Arizona State Parks, City of Needles or Kansas City Barbecue Society and any or all of their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators with respect to the Music Brews and BBQ Championships. Further more, I hereby grant full permission to the Music Brews & BBQ Championship organizers and/or agents authorized by them and to each of the entities and individuals listed above, to use any photographs, videotapes, recordings, or any other record of the event for any legitimate purpose. I authorize personnel for the event to call medical care for me and/or to transport me to a medical facility or hospital of their choosing if, in the opinion of such personnel, medical attention is needed. In addition, I agree to abide by all the rules of Lake Havasu Music Brews and BBQ Championship and the Kansas City Barbecue Society and hereby assume full legal liability and responsibility for the behavior of myself and any of my guests
