In consideration of my participation in the Needles Rt. 66 Music Brews & BBQ Championship and related events, intending to be legally bound thereby, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against C & M Events, LLC./Cooking 4 Kids & Hunger and the Needles Rt. 66 Music Brews and BBQ Event, the City of Needles or KCBS and any or all of their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators with respect to the Needles Rt. 66 Music Brews and BBQ. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the C & M Events, LLC and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this or any related events for any legitimate reason. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Needles Rt. 66 Music Brews and BBQ Event and the Kansas City Barbeque Society Rules.
