Applications are NOW OPEN for All Craft & Wholesale Vendors.  We do have a limited number of spaces this year, so PLEASE get your entry submitted early to ensure your space for 2014.  Thank you, and we look for to having you join us for this GREAT NEW event in conjunction with C & M Events, LLC., IMBBQA (Inter Mountain BBQ Association) and the City of Midvale right here at the Midvale City Park.

CRAFT & WHOLESALE VENDOR AGREEMENT & REGULATIONS As a condition of participation at the Days of 47 BBQ Showdown UT. State BBQ Championship The undersigned agrees to the following: 1. This event shall take place at the following location & dates: Midvale City Park, 4580 S. 2300 East, Midvale, UT. 84047. Vendor set-up starts Thursday July 24th 2014, event is open to public July 24th, 2014 if properly equipped & ready for sales. Vendor’s package and confirmations will be sent out via e-mail, C & M Events takes no responsibility for vendors not receiving packages or confirmations due to e-mail problems. 2. This event is based on a first come basis. However C & M Events, LLC. & IMBBQA (Inter Mountain BBQ Association) reserves the final right of refusal to any and all vendors. Vendor applications will only be considered if completed in full with all items to sell listed. Any items NOT listed, will not be allowed. Fees are based solely on booth sizes (10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 20’) and electrical needs. Fees are to be paid in full prior to July 1st, 2014 and are non-refundable. Any applications accepted after application deadline will be on a cash only basis, and will include an additional $50.00 late entry fee. All applications should include two (2) separate checks, one for $50.00 for the cleaning deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the event when your space has been fully cleared & cleaned. The second check is for your space fees & electric if needed. Each vendor will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 20’ space. 3. There is a no “Rain Delay†schedule for this event, and if required the event may be canceled in whole or in part by C & M Events, LLC. & & IMBBQA without prior notice. In the event of partial cancellation, there shall be no refund. “Cancellation†shall mean that a vendor has no opportunity to make any sales due to C & M Event’s actions, not weather conditions. C & M Events, LLC & & IMBBQA does not guarantee any particular number of attendees or exhibitors during this event. 4. Craft vendors will be assigned to the main sales areas, which will be located in the upper parking area along the outer boundaries. No Items May Be Sold Or Distributed In Any Other Areas Other Than Your Assigned Space. Vendors may sell only those items submitted and approved on original list. All vendors must remain set-up for business until 5:00 PM on Saturday July 26th, 2014. All Vendors must vacate the event premises no later than 10:00 a.m. on Sunday July 27th, 2014. Vendors not open during all open public event hours, will forfeit all portions of their deposit at end of event. 5. All items sold, represented or distributed are subject to the approval of C & M Events, LLC. & IMBBQA. No Alcoholic beverages or water will be sold or distributed by anyone other than C & M Events, LLC. & & IMBBQA. No flammable items, hazardous materials, weapons, controlled substances or similar materials will be permitted on City premises. 6. Vendors shall continually police their area for safe and sanitary conditions. At the conclusion of the event, each vendor shall be responsible for his/her own trash removal and shall restore the area to a condition as received on arrival, as inspected by a designee of C & M Events, LLC. or IMBBQA. Failure to do so will result in your loss of your cleaning deposit. I will remove my own trash from within my booth, and dump in the nearest dumpster located on the event site. 7. The event site will be open Thursday July 24th, from 8:00 a.m. - Dusk for early set-up and sells beginning at 1 p.m. on Thursday. We will again be open from 8:00 a.m. on Friday July 25th, 2014 until 11:45 a.m. for final set-up. Vendors with larger rigs are recommended to arrive early. No diesel generators will be allowed for personal use. 8. Official Assigned Vending Hours are: Thursday 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday 12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 9. COMPLIANCE With LAWS: Each vendor is responsible for researching and complying with any and all permits, fees, licenses and any other requirements as outlined by Midvale City Park, City of Midvale, UT., Salt Lake Valley Health Department and any all other city, county, state and federal agencies. Vendor is also responsible for paying the Utah Sales Tax and reporting the location of receipts as Salt Lake City. In performing the services required hereunder, the performer shall comply with all applicable cities, county, state and federal ordinances and codes. 10. HOLD HARMLESS: In recognition that there may be some risk to injury or property damage, in such an undertaking at the Days of 47 Showdown UT. State BBQ Championship, the undersigned vendor releases and hold harmless C & M Events LLC. & IMBBQA and any and all of its members or officers, including the City of Midvale, UT. and any of its representatives for any and all liability for injury or damages to the vendor, or which may result from his/her participation, or which may occur to third parties by the act(s) of the vendors, his/her employees or agents. No action will be asserted or maintained against C & M Events LLC. & IMBBQA and any or all of its members or officers and or sponsors including but not limited to the City of Midvale, UT. as a result of any occurrence in any way with the Days of 47 Showdown UT. State BBQ Championship. Further the Vendor shall defend any action so asserted or maintained arising out of any action taken by the vendor, by his or her employees or agents. 11. LIABILITY: As between the parties, each party shall be solely responsible for any and all liability arising from Personal Injury, including death, or damage to property arising from the act or failure to act of the Respective Party or of its officials, Agents and Employees pursuant to this agreement. VENDOR APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNTIL FULLY COMPLETED WITH FEES
